Half Rental is 5 picnic tables
Full Rental is 10 picnic tables.
•The minimum picnic shelter rental is 3 hours.
•The pavilion can only accommodate 65 people, especially with limited parking.
Please note that an additional Staff Fee may be required depending on the party size.
If you are expecting 75+ people, you will need to check the availability of The Hawk’s Nest Park Pavilion or Multipurpose Room, by calling 843-266-0723 extension 1112 or extension 1114.
•No jump castles permitted.
•Dogs must be leashed.
•No glass.
•We are only able to rent out the pavilion, we are unable to shut down the park.
•The Pavilion will not be rented on a holiday where the city is closed, nor on city event weekends, due to staffing.
•The fireplace is only available for use during the months of October, November, December, and January. There is no additional cost to use the fireplace. Directions on how to operate the fireplace will be sent the day before to the person renting the venue
